About Us

The Elizabeth Fry Society of Simcoe County is a community based program that has been in operation since 1989. We provide programs and services to the County of Simcoe, with our head office located in Barrie, Ontario. The agency is a nonprofit registered charity. We receive funding from the United Way of Simcoe County, United Way of Southern Georgian Bay, Trillium Foundation, Ministry of Children and Youth Services, Ministry of the Attorney of General, Province of Ontario, the County of Simcoe, local Service Clubs, financial and in-kind donations as well as agency raised fundraising.
