What This Program Offers

Each pillar of this program is rooted in evidence-based, trauma-informed care — designed to meet people where they are.

Case Management & Advocacy

Dedicated case workers walk alongside participants to navigate legal, social, and personal challenges. We connect individuals with the right supports at the right time — without judgment and with complete confidentiality.

Housing & Stability Support

Safe, stable housing is the foundation for everything else. Our team assists with emergency placements, transitional housing applications, and the practical steps of setting up a home — including furnishings and utility connections.

Mental Health & Wellness

Individual counselling, group therapy, and peer support circles facilitate healing in a pace and direction that is participant-led. All services are provided through a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive lens.

Employment & Life Skills

Resume workshops, financial literacy courses, and connections to employment partners help participants build independence. We focus on long-term self-sufficiency, not short-term fixes.

Voices from the Program

The experiences shared here are a testament to the resilience of every person we have the privilege of walking alongside.

“This program gave me back something I thought I’d lost for good — my sense of purpose. The team never stopped believing in me.”

— Program Participant

“I came in with nothing — no housing, no support, no idea what came next. The Elizabeth Fry Society gave me a community and a plan.”
